Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited, an investment holding company, manufactures and trades in plastic and metallic household products in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, Europe, and internationally. It operates through four segments: Manufacturing and Trading, Retail, Wholesale, and Investments Holding. The company engages in the property rental business; wholesale of wine; and installation of electrical appliances and HVAC equipment. It also operates department stores and supermarkets, as well as invests in debt and equity securities. The company was formerly known as China Automobile New Retail (Holdings) Limited and changed its name to Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited in October 2022. Lisi Group (Holdings) Limited was incorporated in 1995 and is headquartered in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong.
