It operates through: Finished Software Products, Goods, and Services segments. The company offers DeepVision, an AI video analysis platform used for transportation, national defence, and business; AI Camera for traffic monitoring and detecting traffic violations; and Televital, a connection platform for remote health care and monitoring. It also provides intelligent transportation services, such as intelligent traffic system and monitoring, electronic toll collection, weighing-in-motion load control system, and vessel traffic service; digital transformation solutions, comprising intelligent operation center, ELCOM modern data platform, and ELCOM public safety system; and telecommunication and information technologies. In addition, the company offers national defence solutions, such as SkyEye, a satellite communication monitoring system; EyeSea, a vessel monitoring system; communication transmission solutions; information security and network monitoring; and specialized national defence products, such as evision military system, electro optics, coastal surveillance, and UAV and USV equipment. Further, it provides online services, such as 1SK digital healthcare platform, CoLearn online learning app, and VAS service. Additionally, the company produces communication equipment; builds navigational management systems for ships; publishes software; produces and trades software electronic components; and engages in real estate business. The company was formerly known as Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation and changed its name to ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation in May 2022. ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
