Distribuidora de Gas Cuyana SA (Cuyana) is an Argentina-based company engaged in the distribution of natural gas either directly or through third-party entities. The Company has licensed from its national government to supply gas to the western Argentinean provinces of Mendoza, San Juan and San Luis, through the operation of a distribution network of over 12,600 kilometers. The Company’s customer base includes residential clients, industrial and commercial businesses and compressed natural gas (CNG) stations. In addition, together with Distribuidora de Gas del Centro SA, the Company offers its services and products under the ECOGAS name. As of December 31, 2011, Inversora de Gas Cuyana SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 51% of its interest.
