Aterian plc, formerly Eastinco Mining and Exploration Plc, is a United Kingdom-based exploration and development company. The Company has a diversified portfolio in Africa of critical and strategic metals projects. The Company owns a portfolio of approximately 15 copper and silver projects with a project area of 762 square kilometers (km2) in the Kingdom of Morocco. Its principal project, Agdz Project covers an area of approximately 34.4 km2 and is located in the Neoproterozoic Sidi Flah-Bou Skour inlier, part of the Saghro Massif, in the eastern Anti-Atlas Mountains. Agdz Project's main prospects include Amzwaro, Miniere and Makarn. In Rwanda, the Company holds the rights over approximately 3000 hectares of prospective ground for critical and strategic metals. The Company has three joint ventures (JV) in Rwanda where it is exploring and developing small-scale tantalum-niobium-tin mining operations. Its Rwanda projects include Kuaka JV- Musasa Project, HCK JV and Dynasty JV.
