Dalata Hotel Group PLC (Dalata) is an Ireland-based company, which owns and operates hotels in Ireland, the United Kingdom (UK), and Continental Europe. The Company is a vertically integrated hotel owner operating two hotel brands, Clayton Hotels and Maldron Hotels. The Company also owns sub-brands, including Grain & Grill, Club Vitae, and Red Bean Roastery. The Company’s portfolio comprises approximately 50 three and four-star hotels with 10,650 rooms and a pipeline of over 1,400 rooms. The Company has over 29 owned hotels, 18 leased hotels and three management contracts. Recent additions to its hotel portfolio include new hotels in Dublin, Manchester, Bristol, Glasgow, and its first hotel in Continental Europe in Dusseldorf, Germany.
