ABR Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, manufactures and sells ice creams and related products in Singapore and Malaysia. It operates through three segments: Food and Beverage, Property Investments, and Others. The company operates ice cream parlors cum restaurants, franchise, cafeteria, cafe and snack bars, and other specialty restaurants. It provides catering services and manufactures foodstuffs; provision of processing, supply, warehousing, and distribution activities; manages, obtains, and exploits industrial and intellectual rights with respect to the ice cream, fast food, and restaurant business; manufactures and retails bread, cakes, food products, and confectionery; operates food and beverage outlets; and commission agents services. It serves its customers under the Chilli Api Catering, Chilli Padi, Swensen's, Earle Swensen's, Season Confectionary and Bakery, Season Café, Tip Top Curry Puff, and Yogen Fruz brands. ABR Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1978 and is based in Singapore.
