You may need to wait for confirmation of a reversal, as this is a crucial key level where Gold is expected to drop and eventually reach around 2500.79. Currently, there are signs of a potential double top forming on the lower timeframes, which, if completed, could signal the start of a downward move toward that target. However, if the pattern fails to materialize, Gold could break out to the upside and test the next major resistance level. Overall, the broader trend for Gold remains bearish, and any upward movement should be seen as a retracement. As such, long positions should be approached with caution. Meanwhile, it appears that capital is flowing back into the dollar, putting additional pressure on Gold and contributing to its decline.
