Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Banking, Financials and Real Estate sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.96% to hit a new all time high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which rose 6.21% or 1,870.00 points to trade at 32,000.00 at the close. Nova (TASE:NVMI) added 5.10% or 3,740.00 points to end at 77,100.00 and Elbit Systems Ltd (TASE:ESLT) was up 3.37% or 2,950.00 points to 90,400.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM), which lost 3.17% or 560.00 points to trade at 17,130.00 in late trade. Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA) declined 2.20% or 690.00 points to end at 30,640.00 and Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:SPEN) shed 1.66% or 43.00 points to 2,555.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 287 to 173 and 79 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.21% or 0.14 to $68.18 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.21% or 0.15 to hit $71.98 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.47% or 12.30 to trade at $2,605.40 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was up 0.28% to 3.76, while EUR/ILS fell 0.14% to 3.99.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 105.90.
