Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite lost 0.79% to hit a new 6-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (JK:SRAJ), which rose 1,650.00% or 1,980.00 points to trade at 2,100.00 at the close. Mandala Multifinance Tbk (JK:MFIN) added 1,505.13% or 2,935.00 points to end at 3,130.00 and Colorpak Indonesia Tbk (JK:CLPI) was up 440.00% or 880.00 points to 1,080.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Multipolar Tbk (JK:MLPL), which lost 99.49% or 10,446.00 points to trade at 54.00 in late trade. Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC) declined 99.36% or 9,688.00 points to end at 62.00 and Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk PT (JK:TOPS) shed 99.35% or 308.00 points to 2.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 391 to 247 and 178 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.25% or 0.19 to $75.36 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.26% or 0.21 to hit $79.66 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.86% or 20.45 to trade at $2,370.45 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.17% to 16,208.95, while AUD/IDR fell 0.17% to 10,807.06.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.01% at 104.07.
