Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite added 0.65%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Transcoal Pacific Tbk PT (JK:TCPI), which fell 0.35% or 25.00 points to trade at 7,025.00 at the close. Cipta Selera Murni Pt (JK:CSMI) added 1,318.37% or 2,584.00 points to end at 2,780.00 and Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk PT (JK:BMRI) was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to 6,950.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (JK:POOL), which lost 99.87% or 8,988.00 points to trade at 12.00 in late trade. Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk PT (JK:BLTA) declined 99.76% or 8,480.00 points to end at 20.00 and Himalaya Energi Perkasa Tbk PT (JK:HADE) shed 97.14% or 204.00 points to 6.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 334 to 311 and 193 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.69% or 0.52 to $75.33 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.68% or 0.54 to hit $78.86 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.71% or 18.80 to trade at $2,658.10 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.86% to 15,562.05, while AUD/IDR fell 0.48% to 10,495.04.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.18% at 102.59.
