Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Thursday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Agriculture and Basic Industry sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite gained 0.11% to hit a new all time high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Bisi International Tbk (JK:BISI), which unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to trade at 1,545.00 at the close. Colorpak Indonesia Tbk (JK:CLPI) added 435.00% or 870.00 points to end at 1,070.00 and Bhakti Multi Artha Pt (JK:BHAT) was up 390.29% or 402.00 points to 505.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC), which lost 99.30% or 9,682.00 points to trade at 68.00 in late trade. Slj Global Tbk (JK:SULI) declined 98.89% or 8,900.00 points to end at 100.00 and Indo Acidatama Tbk (JK:SRSN) shed 98.51% or 3,448.00 points to 52.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 375 to 289 and 166 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.40% or 0.30 to $74.22 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.50% or 0.39 to hit $77.19 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.51% or 12.85 to trade at $2,550.65 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.20% to 15,465.15, while AUD/IDR rose 0.50% to 10,524.03.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 101.21.
