On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for April delivery traded at USD4.449 per million British thermal units at time of writing falling 1.92%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD4.447 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD4.342 and resistance at USD4.585.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.07% to trade at USD79.55.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for May delivery rose 1.19% to trade at USD98.78 a barrel while Heating oil for April delivery rose 0.54% to trade at USD2.9066 per gallon.
