On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for May delivery traded at USD101.33 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.05%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD101.19 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD98.82 and resistance at USD101.69.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.03% to trade at USD80.25.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for May delivery rose 0.01% to trade at USD107.68 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD6.35 a barrel.
