Good morning everyone, for the last 2 days we had a range of 15640- 15720, H&S was identified yesterday afternoon, which is normally a bearish pattern, right now Dax is retesting the bottom of the range at 640, so let's see if this range comes to an end, a break below 15600 and continuation will confirm the bearish momentum, a bounce back to retest resistance may also be possible, so careful with your trading the context is still a range, which we saw overnight with the difference  that 15680 was the top of the range,   So let's see if we will see a breakdown to retest the next supports 15600-570, followed by 15500. Good trading and good luck.

Fauci: Indian variant found in 60 countries, peaks among young peopleAnthony Fauci, the director of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, stated during a White House briefing on Tuesday that the Delta variant of the COVID-19 virus, first discovered in India, currently accounts for 6% of sequenced cases in the United States and was already found in 60 countries globally. The Delta strain is believed to be more transmissible and is commonly affecting young people, peaking in the 12-20 years old age group. Dr. Fauci stressed that one dose of the mRNA vaccines is considered to be poor protection against the mutant, therefore two doses are necessary for full protection.

Good morning everyone, yesterday Dax ended flat yesterday, it is still trading inside the same ascending wedge, German Zew sentiment at 10:00 today, trade balance in the US at 13:30, and JOLTs Job Openings (Apr) at 15:00 as major releases today, inflation concerns remain, yesterday despite ending flat the market moved over 200 points swing,, 15600 still the support to beat, and 15720 is the first resistance ahead, Dow trading turned clearly bearish yesterday while we saw Dax holding, so let's see if the drop on Dow is just a technical swing and it will bounce off the 34560 support level which may give a clue for the next move on Dax, a breakdown and continuation will possibly be followed by a similar move on Dax. Good trading and good luck.

Motive Deals  DUDE, you don't use SL's ? mate i would reconsidder that as a trading plan, if we ever had a dip like 2019 again you would get a margin call and *******up your account. Please please please reconsidder using both TP and Sl's as part of your plan. it's easier to cut a toxic asset and re-think your strategy than pray to the trading gods for a market turn.

Stirling Trader  I understand m8. Thanks for the concern, but I have made more profit without SL than when I was using it. I simply take profits when I feel it is right. If market takes a dive down,...I'll find a place to hedge equal amount I'm long on and lock in position until market recovers again. Market always recover. THat is my strategy..."The fact that market will always recover". I prefer holding losing positions when market is dipping than losing positions when market is rallying...!. Good luck.

Motive Deals   same strategy as me, worst case scenario is we have a bearish market but history shown us it's max 2 years before recovery  and new  ATH, so long as the account has enough buffer to carry any falls  stocks will inevitably go up long term (why else would every ones  pensions invest in stocks) , it's only shorts that you could get stuck with indefinitely hence always hedge/use stop losses

Good morning everyone, China's trade balance missed expectations by 5 billion which is quite significant, Germany's factory orders also below expectation, the week started slightly with a bearish momentum, after hitting the 15700, we had mixed Job data from the US last week, nonfarm payroll missed expectation while the unemployment rate was positive, which helped the market continue the climbing, the technical patterns show a slight bearish descending triangle finding support at 15650, and 15670 as an upper trendline on the smaller time frame, on the higher time frame the pattern is an ascending wedge with the same support point and 15700- 720 as the first resistance of the upper trendline, followed by 15780, so let's see what the intentions are, 15600 is our first main support,  right now, after 4 positive days, there is always a possibility of retracement, but we all know how the market is, market behaviour at support levels might be the clue for the next move.  Good trading & GL
