YB Ventures Berhad, an investment holding company, manufactures and sells tiles for residential, commercial, and industrial development projects in Malaysia, Singapore, and internationally. It offers ceramic, homogeneous, and porcelain tiles under the ALPHA TILES brand name, as well as offers tiles under the Talos Living Tiles brand name. The company also engages in tiles trading and distributing activities; and produces tiles for its original equipment manufacturer customers under the private labels. In addition, it trades in building materials; buys, sells, rents, and operates selfowned or leased real estate; and operates generation facilities that produce electric energy. Further, the company engages in building construction related activities. The company was formerly known as Yi-Lai Berhad and changed its name to YB Ventures Berhad in March 2021. YB Ventures Berhad was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in Kulai, Malaysia.
