The company has a partnership and collaboration agreements with Bristol Myers Squibb and Eli Lilly & Company; research collaboration with Alebund Pharmaceuticals, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and John Hopkins University; and technology collaboration with Merck KGaA. The company was formerly known as MabSpace International Limited and changed its name to Transcenta Holding Limited in June 2019.
