Agp holdings is acquiring polyplex because they had a cash reserves of 1100crore means company available at just 2500cr,yearly profits 700-900cr which means your investment will come in just 3 years..after that whatever you earn is free for lifetime revenue of polyplex corporation is 7750cr,after US plant commencement likely to cross 10000cr and profits likely to cross 1000cr

polyplex is 900crore profit making company is available at just 3600cr valuations, they had a cash reserves of 1100crore,US plant likely to oppressionalized soon take the revenue to 10000cr and profits likely to cross 1000crore and like to become 4th largest company soon,it's a value buy at cmp and their book value is around 1100 trade at just 1x bv very cheap stock hand dividend paying company

The fundamentals of this stock are extremely strong. It will be a multi bagger from current price too. Hold for a first target of 2500 in 3-4 months. This is one of the rare company in the world which give dividend in all the 4 quarters. So dividend earning is bonus besides gains.

Results are on 11 Novemberit can go to 900+ levels by then.Today it crossed 50 day moving average which is a bullish sign.Also it is a fundamentally good stock which pays high dividend.
