Oman Arab Bank SAOG engages in the commercial and investment banking activities in the Sultanate of Oman. The company operates through Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, Others, and Islamic Banking segments. It offers deposit products, including current, savings, fixed deposit, growth, and youth accounts; and loan products, such as home, auto, and personal loans. The company also provides credit, debit, prepaid, corporate, and reward cards, as well as merchant services; ATM, and internet and mobile banking services; and bancassurance products comprising motor, travel, health, home contents, and personal insurances. In addition, it offers treasury services that include foreign exchange and money market, and hedging services; trade and project finance services; and cash management services. Further, the company provides Sharia’ compliant Islamic banking products and services, such as Ijarah, Murabaha, Mudarbah, and Diminishing Musharakah. It operates a network of branches and automatic teller machines in Oman. The company was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman.
