Muscat Insurance Company SAOG engages in the provision of general and life insurance products to corporate, SME, and individual customers in the Sultanate of Oman. The company offers individual general insurance products, including home safe, motor and householder comprehensive, motor third party liability, domestic safe, accident safe, travel, and pleasure craft insurance products; and individual life and health insurance products, such as individual term insurance, family floater medical insurance, and child annuity products. It also provides corporate general insurance products comprising property all risk, business interruption/loss of profit, and sabotage and terrorism; contractors all risks and third party, erection all risks and third-party liability, machinery breakdown, electronic equipment, and contractors plant and machinery insurance products; comprehensive general liability, professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, medical malpractice, employers liability, motor fleet comprehensive and third party, and deterioration of stocks insurance products; and money, fidelity guarantee, group personal accident, group travel, marine and inland transit, and marine hull insurance products. It also provides corporate life and health insurance products, including group medical, group life with workmen compensation, and group credit life insurance policies. The company was formerly known as Muscat National Holding Company SAOG and changed its name to Muscat Insurance Company SAOG in August 2017. Muscat Insurance Company SAOG was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Muscat, the Sultanate of Oman.
