The company operates through Corporate and Retail Banking, and Investment Banking segments. It offers various corporate and retail banking products and services that include Mudharaba, savings, and current accounts; and fund transfer and bill payment services, as well as money market and treasury services. The company also provides consumer, project, real estate, capital, and commercial financing services; personal, home, and auto finance products; letters of credit; wealth management services; debit and credit cards; structured investment products; international corporate banking services; and online and mobile banking services. In addition, it offers investment banking products and services, such as deals structuring, raising of funds through private placement, and fund administration services; restricted investment accounts; and funds management services, as well as carries out strategic investments in the form of equity contribution. The company provides its products and services through branches located in Bahrain Financial Harbor, Hidd, Juffair, Sanad, and Riffa. The company was formerly known as Khaleeji Commercial Bank BSC and changed its name to Khaleeji Bank B.S.C. in June 2023. Khaleeji Bank B.S.C. was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain. Khaleeji Bank B.S.C. operates as a subsidiary of KHCB Asset Company.
