Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC is a United Kingdom-based closed-ended investment company. The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with an attractive level of current distributions, by investing in a diversified portfolio of mixed renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure assets predominantly located in the United States with prospects for modest capital appreciation over the long term. The principal focus of the Company is on investment in renewable assets that are solar and wind energy assets (Solar Assets and Wind Assets), sectors eligible for investment by the Company also include different types of renewable energy (including battery storage, biomass, hydroelectric and microgrids) as well as other sustainable infrastructure assets, such as water and wastewater. Its portfolio reflects diversification across three renewable energy sectors of utility scale solar, commercial solar, and wind. Its investment manager is Ecofin Advisors, LLC.
