Class Editori Spa engages in publishing business in Italy. It publishes newspapers under MF, Milano Finanza, MF Fashion names, which offer news, features, and information of interest to economists, lawyers, bankers, and other professionals; and magazines, including Capital, Class, Gentleman, Patrimoni, Global Finance, Lombard, MF International, MFL, and MFF names. The company also operates television channels under Class CNBC, Gambero Rosso, Class Life, and Class TV Moda names; and TV networks under Telesia Airport, Telesia Metro, Telesia Train, and Telesia Bus names, as well as Corporate TV, an internal communication media. In addition, it operates a radio channels, including RadioClassica, that broadcasts classical music, opera, and jazz with news services regarding business and finance, as well as updates from main markets; and Instore Radio, which allows to entertain and inform customers in the facilities and stores of companies and financial institutions. Further, the company is involved in the electronic publishing activities, through MF PLUS, MF WEB, and MF TRADING 2 online platforms, that supply data, information, and financial news through various multimedia platforms, including cable, Intranet, Internet, TV, and instore/radio. Additionally, it operates Milano Finanza, a financial information portal; MF Fashion, a fashion and luxury hub; Gambero Rosso, an Italian wine travel food portal; Salone dello Studente, a training and professional orientation portal; and Eccellenza Italia portal; MF Centrale Risk, an analysis service portal; and MF Dow Jones News, a real time economic financial press agency service portal; and digital media websites, such as milanofinanza.it, gamberorosso.it, assinews.it, gfmag.com, classxhsilkroad.it, and mffashion.it, as well as provides event, training, and conference services. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Milan, Italy. Class Editori Spa operates as a subsidiary of Euroclass Multimedia Holding SA.
