Been there 4 years. they have the worst customer service. with the corona. i cannot go there for 3 months because of the openings hours. they declined my request to change it to another time. very rude. also the gyms are very dirty. during the corona time its crowded in the heavy lifting area. nobody disinfects. might be a good time to step out before they go bankrupt. Losing customers on a rapid tempo. i see no future in here. i sold all my 515 stocks. lost faith. don't buy

They will rather keep 3 months of payed membership. than to lose 7 customers and 515 shares. All because they didn't want to reschedule my membership.

I totally agree with your point of view on their customer service. However, I’m not sure if this will result in a loss of revenue and profit. On the contrary, I’m tempted to say they may do well as long as there isn’t a decent competitor. This may be an opportunity to earn back your money on their back?
