In addition, the company offers Convene, an enterprise-grade mobile app for meetings, document access, and collaboration; ConveneAGM, a virtual/hybrid AGM platform; Convene in Teams, a Teams-based meeting solution; Convene ESG, an end-to-end reporting software; AzeusCare, an integrated system that provides solutions for managing and delivering social care; Convene Records, a web-based document management solution; e-AGM @ Convene, an end-to-end solution for virtual and hybrid AGMs; CENTROPURCHASE, an online system that offers a way of doing the entire purchasing process; and ICUBED, a proprietary technology solution for intellectual property information access, as well as licenses its products. Further, the company offers cloud-based subscription; IT consultancy services; systems implementation and enhancement; and maintenance and support services comprising software upgrades, problem resolution and bug fixing, disaster recovery planning, disaster recover drill, and system technical support, as well as sells hardware and software products. Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd. was founded in 1991 and is based in North Point, Hong Kong. Azeus Systems Holdings Ltd. is a subsidiary of Mu Xia Ltd.
