Connor Campbell, Financial Analyst at Spreadex, joins Tip TV in today’s Finance show to share the outlook for EUR/USD, FTSE 100, and single stocks.
EUR/USD: Trouble spot in the Eurozone
Campbell notes that most of their clients remain sellers on the cross around the 1.12 levels. Fundamentally he says that the Greece issues and Spain expected to miss its fiscal target ahead is brewing new trouble in the union.
FTSE 100: With the footsie having hit fresh 6 and a half week highs yesterday, the index is still seeing selling around 6200 – 6250 levels, suggesting that there isn’t much confidence in the equity index yet.
Tesco: the 4 year outlook will be key
With Tesco (LONDON:TSCO) reporting results this week the investors are getting excited, notes Campbell. He sees sellers around the 185 mark for the stock but believes that the 4 year outlook for the company will be key for movements in the share price.
Vedanta Resources (LONDON:VED): Friday key for the stock, might see a huge move.
