Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher in Asian trading hours on Friday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for May delivery traded at USD45.66 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.30%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD45.79 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD44.03 and resistance at USD47.48.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.24% to trade at USD99.22.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for May delivery rose 0.37% to trade at USD54.57 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD8.91 a barrel.
