Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Media & Publishing and Real Estate Development sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.10%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were United Electronics Company (SE:4003), which rose 9.84% or 5.52 points to trade at 61.60 at the close. Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SE:2190) added 4.42% or 0.57 points to end at 13.48 and Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020) was up 2.97% or 0.54 points to 18.70 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co (SE:1330), which lost 3.49% or 0.30 points to trade at 8.30 in late trade. Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance (SE:8100) declined 3.33% or 0.65 points to end at 18.86 and Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (SE:4240) shed 2.19% or 0.64 points to 28.65.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 111 to 63 and 8 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.81% or 0.50 to $61.14 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.94% or 0.61 to hit $64.12 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.80% or 10.60 to trade at $1307.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.19% to 4.5647, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7508.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.20% at 90.79.
