Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Industrial Investment and Building & Construction sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.30%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Riyad REIT (TADAWUL:4330), which rose 6.42% or 0.41 points to trade at 6.80 at the close. AL-BABTAIN POWER &TELECOM CO (TADAWUL:2320) added 4.84% or 1.80 points to end at 39.00 and Red Sea Housing Services Company (TADAWUL:4230) was up 4.59% or 2.70 points to 61.50 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Industrial Development Co. (TADAWUL:2130), which lost 4.36% or 1.35 points to trade at 29.60 in late trade. Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) declined 4.08% or 0.02 points to end at 0.47 and Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:2230) shed 2.11% or 0.20 points to 9.27.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 211 to 101 and 25 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.28% or 0.20 to $71.19 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 0.23% or 0.17 to hit $74.16 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.25% or 6.54 to trade at $2,624.64 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.03% to 3.91, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.02% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 107.92.
