Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Transport and Media & Publishing sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.26%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061), which rose 10.00% or 1.16 points to trade at 12.76 at the close. Methanol Chemicals Company (SE:2001) added 9.97% or 0.70 points to end at 7.72 and Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SE:2300) was up 8.93% or 0.66 points to 8.05 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140), which lost 9.90% or 1.76 points to trade at 16.02 in late trade. Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (SE:4300) declined 3.76% or 0.35 points to end at 8.95 and Middle East Specialized Cables Co (SE:2370) shed 2.53% or 0.21 points to 8.09.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 140 to 36 and 3 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.55% or 0.31 to $56.45 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.63% or 0.40 to hit $62.76 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.24% or 3.06 to trade at $1275.84 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.67% to 4.4046, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.41% at 94.01.
