In commodities trading, Gold Futures for August delivery was down 1.45% or 34.25 to $2,334.75 a troy ounce. Meanwhile, Crude oil for delivery in August fell 0.86% or 0.70 to hit $80.59 a barrel, while the August Brent oil contract fell 0.81% or 0.69 to trade at $85.02 a barrel.
USD/RUB was up 2.08% to 89.06, while EUR/RUB rose 2.00% to 95.25.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 105.48.
