With U.S. stock futures trading lower this morning on Wednesday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Wall Street expects Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) to report quarterly earnings at 73 cents per share on revenue of $24.38 billion after the closing bell. Tesla shares fell 0.3% to $254.10 in after-hours trading.
- ASML Holding NV (NASDAQ: ASML) reported upbeat earnings for its third quarter. The company said it sees fourth-quarter sales of €6.7 billion to €7.1 billion. ASML shares rose 0.8% to close at $608.63 on Tuesday.
- Analysts are expecting Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) to have earned $3.47 per share on revenue of $8.54 billion for the latest quarter. The company will release earnings after the markets close. Netflix shares fell 0.7% to $353.34 in after-hours trading.
- United Airlines Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: UAL) reported better-than-expected earnings for its third quarter. The company said it sees fourth-quarter earnings of $1.50 to $1.80 per share and revenue up 9.5% to 10%, depending on how long Tel Aviv flights are suspended. If flights are only suspended through October, the company expects results to come in at the high end of the issued ranges, but if suspended until the end of the year, it sees fourth-quarter figures to be near the low end of the issued ranges. United Airlines shares fell 4.7% to $38.22 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) to report quarterly earnings at $1.27 per share on revenue of $13.08 billion before the opening bell. Morgan Stanley shares fell 0.3% to $80.12 in after-hours trading.
