Investing.com -- Stocks are mixed after Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said more interest rate increases are in the cards this year. Here are the market movers for June 28.
- NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) shares fell 1.5% after a report that the U.S. might restrict sales of artificial intelligence chips to China unless chip makers get a license. Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD) shares fell 0.2%. Meanwhile, Micron Technology (NASDAQ:MU) shares are rising 0.1% ahead of earnings later today.
- AeroVironment Inc (NASDAQ:AVAV) shares rose 3.2% as the drone maker beat expectations for the fourth quarter and provided a forecast that was also ahead of expectations.
- General Mills Inc (NYSE:GIS) stock fell 4.3% after the packaged food maker gave a full-year profit outlook that showed declining growth as retailers cut back on their inventory.
- Delta Air Lines Inc (NYSE:DAL) shares rose 1.4% a day after the carrier raised its June quarter outlook and said full-year earnings per share could come at the high end of its previously provided range.
- Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:REGN) shares fell 1.9% after regulators rejected its application to approve a higher dose of its eye treatment Eylea.
