Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Real Estate, Communication and Insurance sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 1.33% to hit a new all time high.
The biggest gainers of the session on the TA 35 were Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:AZRG), which rose 5.24% or 1,420.00 points to trade at 28,500.00 at the close. Shikun & Binui (TASE:SKBN) added 4.63% or 43.10 points to end at 973.00 and Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:AMOT) was up 4.56% or 78.00 points to 1,787.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM), which lost 2.76% or 460.00 points to trade at 16,230.00 in late trade. Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT) declined 1.10% or 340.00 points to end at 30,510.00 and Sapiens International Corporation NV (TASE:SPNS) shed 0.07% or 10.00 points to 14,050.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 331 to 139 and 70 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was up 2.59% or 1.74 to $68.95 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.46% or 1.74 to hit $72.47 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.56% or 15.50 to trade at $2,796.60 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.32% to 3.70, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.10% to 4.02.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 103.89.
