Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite lost 0.77%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (JK:MASA), which rose 3,414.71% or 5,805.00 points to trade at 5,975.00 at the close. Indoritel Makmur Internasional (JK:DNET) added 1,880.00% or 4,700.00 points to end at 4,950.00 and Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (JK:BBNI) was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to 5,075.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Citatah Tbk (JK:CTTH), which lost 99.28% or 2,358.00 points to trade at 17.00 in late trade. Millennium Pharmacon International (JK:SDPC) declined 97.36% or 4,868.00 points to end at 132.00 and Intiland Development Tbk (JK:DILD) shed 97.31% or 6,325.00 points to 175.00.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 426 to 230 and 174 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.25% or 0.20 to $81.10 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.06% or 0.05 to hit $85.06 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 1.35% or 33.20 to trade at $2,423.20 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.05% to 16,190.65, while AUD/IDR fell 0.14% to 10,836.97.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.17% at 104.06.
