Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite rose 1.04%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk PT (JK:BDKR), which rose 34.91% or 59.00 points to trade at 228.00 at the close. Bank Artha Graha Internasional (JK:INPC) added 31.15% or 38.00 points to end at 160.00 and Global Sukses Digital Tbk PT (JK:DOSS) was up 27.68% or 49.00 points to 226.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Exploitasi Energi Indonesia (JK:CNKO), which lost 14.29% or 1.00 points to trade at 6.00 in late trade. Andira Agro Tbk PT (JK:ANDI) declined 14.29% or 1.00 points to end at 6.00 and Mitra International Resources (JK:MIRA) shed 12.50% or 1.00 points to 7.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 361 to 258 and 212 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was down 0.56% or 0.39 to $68.78 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.45% or 0.33 to hit $72.97 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.37% or 9.75 to trade at $2,624.35 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.02% to 15,835.10, while AUD/IDR rose 0.06% to 10,313.37.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 106.18.
