Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Infrastructure, Financials and Agriculture sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite added 0.33%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk (JK:DSSA), which rose 2,596.67% or 38,950.00 points to trade at 40,450.00 at the close. Pelita Teknologi Global PT Tbk (JK:CHIP) unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 points to end at 1,450.00 and Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk PT (JK:RISE) was up 507.36% or 827.00 points to 990.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk PT (JK:BLTA), which lost 99.76% or 8,480.00 points to trade at 20.00 in late trade. Voksel Electric Tbk (JK:VOKS) added 2.21% or 4.00 points to end at 185.00 and Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk PT (JK:BIMA) shed 97.11% or 2,719.00 points to 81.00.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 339 to 295 and 195 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.73% or 0.57 to $77.59 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.57% or 0.46 to hit $80.58 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.32% or 8.05 to trade at $2,500.45 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.39% to 15,701.70, while AUD/IDR fell 0.11% to 10,408.26.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 102.69.
