Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Technology, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 2.82%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were ISS A/S (CSE:ISS), which rose 0.15% or 0.20 points to trade at 129.90 at the close. Tryg A/S (CSE:TRYG) fell 0.20% or 0.30 points to end at 150.10 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:DSV) was down 0.27% or 4.00 points to 1,496.00 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Zealand Pharma A/S (CSE:ZELA), which lost 5.73% or 46.00 points to trade at 756.50 in late trade. Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:NOVOb) declined 3.68% or 28.40 points to end at 743.20 and GN Store Nord (CSE:GN) shed 3.61% or 4.90 points to 130.70.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 95 to 41 and 16 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.66% or 1.17 to $69.41 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.79% or 0.58 to hit $72.81 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 1.73% or 45.94 to trade at $2,607.36 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.26% to 7.19, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.00% to 7.46.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.21% at 107.98.
