Investing.com – Colombia equities were lower at the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Industrials, Investment and Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.07%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the COLCAP were Etb (CN:ETB), which rose 2.17% or 7.0 points to trade at 330.0 at the close. Corporacion Financiera Colombiana SA (CN:CFV) added 1.86% or 400.0 points to end at 21900.0 and Bancolombia Pf (CN:BIC_p1) was up 0.63% or 200.0 points to 32040.0 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Conconcret (CN:CIC), which lost 3.84% or 14.0 points to trade at 351.0 in late trade. Pfgrupoarg (CN:ARG_p) declined 2.21% or 320.0 points to end at 14160.0 and Promigas (CN:PMG) shed 2.05% or 140.0 points to 6700.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 15 to 8 and 8 ended unchanged on the Colombia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, US coffee C for December delivery was up 5.63% or 5.75 to $107.90 . Meanwhile, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 4.39% or 88.00 to hit $2091.00 , while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.29% or 15.40 to trade at $1207.10 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was up 0.08% to 3002.40, while BRL/COP rose 2.42% to 764.18.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.18% at 95.09.
