Investing.com - The unemployment rate in the euro zone fell unexpectedly last month, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, Eurostat said that Euro zone unemployment rate fell to a seasonally adjusted 11.3%, from 11.4% in the prior month whose figure was revised up from 11.2%.

Analysts had expected Euro zone unemployment rate to remain unchanged at 11.2% last month.
