Benzinga - Investors are always been on the lookout for unique methods to anticipate market trends, such as subconscious insights like "precognitive dreaming" or modern technologies such as AI chatbots.

In Thailand, investors are looking to the stars and, in some cases, tarot cards in order to navigate the cryptic world of cryptocurrencies.

According to Cointelegraph, citing a recent discussion on Reddit's r/cryptocurrency, astrologer "Pimfah" is managing a Facebook community of 160,000 members, delving into tarot card readings with some enthusiasts probing their implications for crypto investments.

Meanwhile, fortune-teller Ajarn Ton, with a YouTube viewership nearing 26,000, employs astrology to forecast cryptocurrency values, recently spotlighting the potential ascent of Terra Luna Classic (CRYPTO: LUNC).

There's also Mor Plai, who previously gained attention for her near-accurate crypto predictions in 2022, juxtaposed against the backdrop of FTX's downturn.

As the digital currency realm remains abuzz with such unconventional forecasts, industry aficionados are gearing up for in-depth discussions at Benzinga's Future of Digital Assets conference on Nov. 14.

Many Reddit users expressed skepticism about these celestial-based predictions.

One user humorously remarked on the possibility of astrological forecasts being as accurate as a hamster's choice. Ton, for example, had an optimistic projection of a 50,000% rise in Terra, but the crypto remains way below his forecasted mark.

In Thailand, where the majority practices Buddhism, such spiritual leanings aren't viewed as unusual. According to a Pew Research study, a significant portion of Thais believe in spiritual entities, with many considering their influence in daily matters.

Western astrologers, too, have dipped their toes in the crypto pool.

Maren Altman, a US-based TikToker, amassed a substantial following for her astrological Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) predictions during the 2021 bull run.

Altman's approach, which combines astrology with cryptocurrency, isn't isolated.

Didi Taihuttu, known for his Bitcoin-centric lifestyle, employs lunar cycles in his investment strategy.

Some argue that widespread belief in such predictions might even influence market dynamics, creating a self-fulfilling cycle.

As for Bitcoin's immediate future, "Crypto Damus," an anonymous astrological analyst, recently speculated on a positive market movement based on Mars's celestial position.

The efficacy of such predictions remains to be seen, but they undoubtedly add a layer of intrigue to the ever-evolving world of cryptocurrency.
