Investing.com - Natural gas futures were higher in U.S. trade on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for May delivery traded at USD4.684 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 2.15%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD4.702 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD4.432 and resistance at USD4.702.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, fell 0.16% to trade at USD79.47.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for May delivery rose 0.15% to trade at USD103.44 a barrel while Heating oil for May delivery fell 0.60% to trade at USD2.9364 per gallon.
