Investing.com - Gold futures were lower during the European session on Tuesday.
On the Comex division of the New York Mercantile Exchange, Gold futures for June delivery traded at USD1311.20 a troy ounce at time of writing falling 1.23%.
Earlier, it traded at a session low USD1307.80 a troy ounce. Gold was likely to find support at USD1307.80 and resistance at USD1331.30.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.12% to trade at USD79.91.
Elsewhere on the Comex, Silver for May delivery fell 1.16% to trade at USD19.778 a troy ounce while Copper for May delivery fell 0.38% to trade at USD3.036 a pound.
