iShares Trust - iShares MSCI USA ESG Select ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. The fund is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors. The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the MSCI USA Extended ESG Select Index, by using representative sampling technique. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across tobacco, alcohol, gambling, nuclear power and weapons, fossil fuel extraction, thermal coal power and unconventional oil and gas businesses, conventional and controversial weapons, producers and major retailers of civilian firearms sectors. iShares Trust - iShares MSCI USA ESG Select ETF was formed on January 24, 2005 and is domiciled in the United States.
