Redwood Floating Rate Bond Fund is a closed-ended fixed income mutual fund of fund launched and managed by Redwood Asset Management, Inc. The fund is co-managed by Voya Investment Management Co. LLC. It invests in a fund which invests in the fixed income markets of North America. The fund primarily invests through a forward purchase and sale agreement in units of the ISL Loan Trust II, which in turn invests in senior secured floating rate corporate loans and other senior debt obligations of non-investment grade issuers. It benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the S&P/LSTA Leveraged Loan Index. The fund was formerly known as Voya Diversified Floating Rate Senior Loan Fund. Redwood Floating Rate Bond Fund was formed on February 26, 2013 and is domiciled in Canada.
