The company was formerly known as Hayleys MGT Knitting Mills PLC and changed its name to Hayleys Fabric PLC in June 2015. Hayleys Fabric PLC was founded in 1992 and is based in Neboda, Sri Lanka. Hayleys Fabric PLC operates as a subsidiary of Hayleys PLC.
