a persistent and accelerating decline in industrial demand could outweigh the bullish effects of a supply deficit and rising investment interest. Unless new, large-scale industrial uses (like hydrogen tech) materialize rapidly, the price support from a supply crunch and speculative flows may be short-lived or insufficient for sustainable long-term gains. In short: investment demand and supply deficits can provide temporary support, but without a robust industrial base, the long-term fundamentals remain shaky.
