Alan Green, CEO Brand Communications joins Tip TV’s Zak Mir on the opening segment of today’s London open show. Green presents his technical/fundamental view on Halfords group and Forbidden technology chart and also weighs-in on most popular stories in business and finance, broker forecasts, economic calendar and positioning in the FX markets.
Green, while discussing the Halfords' (LON:HFD) earnings details, says their sales have been boosted by Olympics and then takes not of the bullish break on the daily chart of Forbidden Technologies.
“Need to see a sustained improvement in the UK PMI indices” if the bullish positioning in the GBP has to strengthen further, says Alan Green, CEO at Brand Communications, while discussing Oanda sentiment data.
The CFTC data for the week ended August 30 did show a drop in the bearish positions in GBP for the first time in nine weeks. However, Oanda sentiment data discussed by Mir and Green showed investors are still not buying the rebound in Cable.
