Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Agriculture, Property and Trade sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite fell 0.28%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Centex Tbk Prf (JK:CNTX_p), which rose 25.00% or 200.00 points to trade at 1000.00 at the close. Polaris Investama Tbk (JK:PLAS) added 14.58% or 210 points to end at 1650 and Kimia Farma Persero Tbk (JK:KAEF) was up 13.64% or 300 points to 2500 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Alakasa Industrindo Tbk (JK:ALKA), which lost 10.00% or 21 points to trade at 189 in late trade. Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (JK:SRAJ) declined 10.00% or 34 points to end at 306 and Langgeng Makmur Industri Tbk (JK:LMPI) shed 9.89% or 18 points to 164.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 193 to 101 and 88 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.34% or 0.16 to $47.17 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.68% or 0.34 to hit $49.33 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.39% or 5.15 to trade at $1329.75 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.17% to 13238.0, while AUD/IDR rose 0.24% to 10109.55.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.07% at 94.61.
