On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Natural gas futures for December delivery traded at USD3.825 per million British thermal units at time of writing rising 0.99%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD3.833 per million British thermal units. Natural gas was likely to find support at USD3.620 and resistance at USD3.849.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.17% to trade at USD86.23.
Elsewhere on the Nymex, Crude oil for December delivery fell 1.00% to trade at USD81.38 a barrel while Heating oil for December delivery fell 0.39% to trade at USD2.5135 per gallon.
