Investing.com - Crude oil futures were higher during the Asian session on Thursday.
On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for July delivery traded at USD61.17 a barrel at time of writing rising 0.42%.
Earlier, it traded at a session high USD61.20 a barrel. Crude oil was likely to find support at USD57.86 and resistance at USD61.82.
US Dollar Index, which tracks the performance of the greenback versus a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.20% to trade at USD94.78.
Elsewhere on the ICE, Brent oil for July delivery fell 0.14% to trade at USD65.51 a barrel, with the spread between the Brent oil and Crude oil contracts stood at USD4.34 a barrel.
